returns and exchanges

daniella prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or credit your purchase. Before we can process any exchanges or refunds, please email us at with your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange. Please follow the guidelines below.

• Items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery
• In the case of store pick-up items must be returned to store within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable)
• Tags must be attached
• Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace, or credit sale items, lingerie, swimwear, or gift cards.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within two business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if it doesn’t comply with above guidelines.
  • We must receive an email in advance to process your return or exchange.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. As we are a small boutique, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future returns from such customers.
